November 2026 Visa Bulletin: EB-5 holds steady

Updated October 23, 2026

November 2026 EB-5 visa bulletin. Set-asides stay Current for every country. China and India unreserved dates are unchanged from October. USCIS says use Dates for Filing.

The November 2026 Visa Bulletin has no EB-5 movement. The set-aside categories (rural, high unemployment, infrastructure) stay Current for every country. China and India unreserved dates are the same as in October. For November, USCIS says employment-based filings use Dates for Filing.

What moved, and what did not

Nothing moved for EB-5 this month.

"Current" means a visa number is available in that category this month. A date means numbers are available only if your priority date is earlier than that date. This is not a green card date, and next month's chart can look different.

Which chart to use in November

USCIS says employment-based adjustment of status filings in November 2026 use the Dates for Filing chart. USCIS can choose a different chart next month, so check its filing charts page before you file: https://www.uscis.gov/visabulletininfo

What this means for you

Find your row: your country of birth and your category. If your category is Current, a visa number is available this month. That is a separate clock from USCIS processing your petition. See two clocks. Ask your immigration attorney how your priority date fits your case.
